Quality Control in Sample Section
We focus on measurements, fabric color, gsm, fastness, spi, trims, etc properties required checking for maintaining buyer specification standards.
Quality Control in Marker Making
Our marker section strictly follows on check pattern size and dimension, matching of fabric green line check and stripe taking into consideration.
Quality Control in Fabric Cutting:
Our cutting section controls the fabric splicing, tension, cut edge should be smooth and clean, notch should be cut finely, To avoid blade deflection.
Quality Control in Sewing Section
Input material (cut panel, embroidery & printing panel, thread), needle size, machine condition, garments measurement, shade, stitch checking our team
Inspection of Fabric & Raw Material
We strictly inspected 100 percent of fabric(Yarn, Weaving, Dyeing faults) before cutting & trims (zippers, buttons, interlinings, labels, tags, etc).
